You can manage users for your company's profile from the Users page (My Company > Users). There you can add users, edit users, reset passwords, and change access roles.
Things to note:
Every company must have at least one Admin level user.
Agent users do not have access to edit settings on your Company account. However, they can still report back on the status of referrals and add notes.
By default, all new users have the password "baton123" unless specified otherwise. Please remind your agents to create a new password.
Individual logins vs Shared logins
If you have multiple agents using Baton, it might make sense to create a single Agent User Login for all of them to share. There is no limit to the number of concurrent instances one user login can have β so no matter how many people are logged in as the same person, Baton will work just fine.
Individual logins work fine, too, but create more hassle for company administrators when onboarding or offboarding agents.
