We want you to know every time you get a referral! Baton will send you lead notifications via Email, SMS, or API/Webhook whenever a customer is sent your way.

If you’d like for notifications to be sent to a particular email address or phone number only when a certain Service Area receives a lead, you can add those details directly to the Service Area. Go to My Company > Service Areas, and select “Edit” on the Service Area you’d like to add targeted notifications for.
