I received a Referral outside of my business hours. Will I be billed for this?
Sometimes referrals make their way to you outside of your business hours because a User’s dashboard hasn’t refreshed in awhile, or because you were one of the only referral options available at the time.
If you receive a lead outside of your business hours, you don’t pay for it. Feel free to follow up with the lead when you’re available and see if they still need help.
