Copying a profile allows you to use the same template for creating more profiles. It is designed to take the least time possible through a one-click process.

Go to: Asset Manager > Contractual Availability > Profiles

1. Click the Copy icon for the profile you want to copy

2. Use the Name field to either change or edit the name

3. Click Copy to proceed with copying the profile

4. Cancel to exit without copying the profile
