Please ensure you have withdrawn ALL funds from your account prior to deleting it, because we cannot recover your account after it is deleted.
To delete your data and account:
Open the Takeoff app.
From the app home screen, navigate to the Settings screen by clicking your profile picture in the top left corner.
Underneath “Log out”, you will see “Delete My Account” in red.
Hit “Delete My Account”. You will be prompted to ensure you have withdrawn all of your funds before deleting as your funds will not be recoverable.
Once all funds have been withdrawn, you can select “Delete Account” to proceed with the deletion process.
Your info will then be deleted from our database.
