What if I can’t log in?

If you’re unable to login, then it is likely that you’re having issues signing into your linked account with Takeoff (whether that being your Gmail, or X). Depending on which account that you had linked, navigate to its page and try logging with the same credentials. If you’re still having trouble signing in, then you will need to reset your password and/or any other related security clearance. Once you have regained access to your account, you can then use those same credentials to sign in with Takeoff.

In some instances, users forget which account they had used to link with Takeoff during their sign up. Make sure you’re attempting to login with the correct account and platform.

If your issues still persist, feel free to open a support ticket so we can investigate it further. Please note that our support team will never ask for account security details such as passwords. Never share passwords with anyone and beware of scams!
