New purchases can take anywhere from a couple of seconds to a few minutes depending on network activity and congestion. After a purchase is made, there is a pop up in-app that monitors the status of your transaction as it is being processed and updates once it has confirmed. You will also be notified once your trade is successful and can monitor its status in your activity feed.
To view your activity feed click on the squiggly line or chart-like icon below the market summary on the bottom right of the home screen then select the ‘Buys’ tab. Once your purchase has been completed, it can be viewed by clicking on the ‘Holdings’ icon below the market summary on the bottom left of the home screen. You can also try manually refreshing your holdings by swiping down on your balance. Closing out and re-opening the app will also yield the same result.
