📍 1. Where to Find Your Quests
To view your active tasks, go to:

Daily Quests: Reset every day at 00:00 (UTC-6) with 2 new tasks.
Weekly Quests: Reset every Monday at 00:00 (UTC-6) with 2 new tasks.
💡 Note: Quests are personalized! Tasks, minimum requirements, eligible games, and rewards are generated dynamically per user. Always check your specific Quest card for exact instructions.
⚙️ 2. How Quest Tracking Works
Real Money Only: Only bets placed using Real Money count towards Quest completion. Activity using Bonus Money, Free Spins, or Freebets does not qualify.
No Retroactive Credit: Quest tracking begins only after a Quest appears on your account. Bets or deposits made before the Quest was generated will not count toward its progress.
When Progress Updates:
Casino Games / Rounds: Updates after a qualifying round is completed.
Wager Quests: Progress increases based on eligible game contribution rates.
Sports Bets: Updates after the bet is fully settled. Placing an unsettled bet does not increase progress immediately.
Deposits: Updates immediately after a qualifying deposit is successfully credited.
⏳ 3. Cycle Expiry & Unclaimed Rewards
Incomplete Tasks: If you do not finish a task before the daily or weekly timer resets, the Quest will expire, and its progress will be reset.
Completed Tasks: If you complete a Quest before the cycle ends but forget to hit "Claim", don't worry! Your unlocked reward is saved and can still be collected anytime under:

Once you complete a task requirement, click Claim directly on the Quest card, or use Claim All on the Rewards page.

Q: Why don't I see the Quest section on my Rewards page?
👉 The Quest module only appears when you have active tasks. If you have finished all current Quests or have no active tasks generated for the period, the section will temporarily disappear until the next refresh.
Q: Why didn't my Sports bet count toward my Quest?
👉 Sports Quests track settled bets. Please wait for your match/event to conclude and settle. Once settled, your progress will update accordingly.
Q: Why did my Casino Wager progress increase by less than my total bet?
👉 Wager Quests apply game contribution rates. If a game has a 50% contribution rate, a MX$100 bet will add MX$50 toward your Quest goal.
Q: I completed a task, but the progress bar hasn't updated yet.
