🔍 What’s changed
Provider administered assessments
Who this is for: Admins, provider organizations
What’s new:
Added provider-administered assessment types to accommodate patients who cannot complete digital assessments due to technology challenges, low literacy, or advanced age.
Why it matters:
This update helps ensure more patients can complete assessments, even when technology access, digital literacy, or age would otherwise be a barrier. By allowing providers to administer assessments directly, organizations can reduce incomplete assessments and ensure patient data is captured accurately and consistently.
Send invites after provider CSV uploads
Who this is for: Admins
What’s new:
After uploading providers via CSV, admins can now optionally send invitation emails so providers can set or reset their passwords immediately.
Why it matters:
This streamlines onboarding and reduces manual follow-up when adding or updating providers in bulk.
Simplified language selection
Who this is for: Patients, care partners
What’s new:
Language selection has been simplified to language only, removing region choices. Language names are now shown in both native and English formats, and existing preferences are preserved.
Why it matters:
This reduces confusion and makes assessments and surveys easier to navigate.
