🔍 What’s changed

Configurable billing notes

Who this is for: Billing staff

Billing notes generated in the system now have a configuration to control if the test administration and test interpretation language should be included in the copied text or not

Why it matters:
Clinicians and staff now see clearer, more accurate report language, reducing confusion and helping ensure billing notes are interpreted correctly in context.

More complete Final Care Plans

Who this is for: Clinicians

Final Care Plans now reliably include GAD-7 and GDS assessment scores when those tests are completed even when using the Lookback period configuration.

Why it matters:
Providers can trust that important anxiety and depression screening scores are reflected in the care plan, ensuring a more complete clinical picture and reducing the risk of missing key information.

Smoother multi-test workflows

Who this is for: Patients and staff

Users completing multiple assessments in sequence will no longer be logged out between tests.

Why it matters:
This reduces disruption, prevents re-authentication delays, and lowers the risk of incomplete test batteries.

Improved remote consent handling

Who this is for: Organizations running remote assessments

Updates were made to ensure patient consent is properly captured and recognized in remote testing scenarios.

Why it matters:
This keeps remote workflows aligned with consent requirements and reduces operational friction for staff.

More reliable report generation

Certain reports could previously fail due to backend timeouts. This release improves report handling so generation is more consistent and dependable.

Time zone consistency across reports

Clinical report timestamps are now fully aligned with the organization’s configured time zone.

Why it matters:
This eliminates confusion caused by mismatched times across different report areas.

Data accuracy & validation improvements

  • Fixed incorrect order counts in the Patients table for historical cases

  • Strengthened email validation when editing users

  • Resolved backend data handling errors to improve stability

  • Updated login forms to reflect current BrainCheck branding

These changes improve overall reliability and reduce avoidable errors.

🔜 What’s next

We will continue focusing on reliability, reporting consistency, and workflow improvements to ensure BrainCheck remains stable, predictable, and efficient in clinical settings.
