If you are a Group Leader, you can pay online.

Online: From the Employer Portal, click the AccessBlue button to log in. Once you are logged in, click on eBilling.

If you are an individual member, you can make a payment by phone, online or by mail.

Automatic bank draft: Bank draft through your checking account is the most convenient way to pay your bill.  It's a one-time set up and you don't have to worry about missing a payment since it's automatically deducted from your checking account each month. Online: Online payment through your Blue Cross account is also a convenient and paperless method of paying your monthly premium using your checking account or credit card. Register or log in.

Phone: You can also pay your bill using your credit card by calling 1-800-599-2583.

Mail: Be sure to include your payment notice and write your member number with the month you are paying on your check, money order or cashier’s check. Make sure your payment matches the payment notice exactly. Allow 10 days for your payment to reach us via postal service.
