If you need a quote or can’t pay by credit card, you can request a quote instead.


How to request a quote

  1. Open the chat widget in the lower right corner of the Help Center.

  2. Under the "Create a ticket" section, select "Get a quote".

  3. Have the following information ready when requesting a quote:

    • Product(s) (e.g. Pulse Pro and Dash Premium)

    • Billing address

    • VAT ID (if applicable)

    • Contact person

    • LMS platform (Moodle LMS, Moodle Workplace, Totara TXP) and version (e.g. Moodle LMS 4.4 or Totara 18)

Note: To keep administrative effort low, we only offer purchasing processes such as quotations or payment on invoice for orders of 800 € or more (i.e. either a multi-year license or multiple products). However, this is not set in stone – so just get in touch and we'll work something out.
