If you need a quote or can’t pay by credit card, you can request a quote instead.
How to request a quote
Open the chat widget in the lower right corner of the Help Center.
Under the "Create a ticket" section, select "Get a quote".
Have the following information ready when requesting a quote:
Product(s) (e.g. Pulse Pro and Dash Premium)
Billing address
VAT ID (if applicable)
Contact person
LMS platform (Moodle LMS, Moodle Workplace, Totara TXP) and version (e.g. Moodle LMS 4.4 or Totara 18)
Note: To keep administrative effort low, we only offer purchasing processes such as quotations or payment on invoice for orders of 800 € or more (i.e. either a multi-year license or multiple products). However, this is not set in stone – so just get in touch and we'll work something out.
