Was your second payment approved after Labor Certificate?

We will be preparing your case to transfer to your attorney. They will reach out to you to set up your account with them. In the meantime, you can begin gathering your documents which will be submitted to your attorney. DO NOT SUBMIT THEM TO BDV. Please give us and your attorney a few weeks to get your next steps ready. We will reach out to you with any questions that we have in the meantime. Please be patient.
