The date is an ESTIMATED date. Not all LCs are filed on the same day, on average it takes the employers 2-3 weeks to file all the Labor Certs. The employer must have its account verified and complete with the Department of Labor before they are able to begin filing. We have seen some delays with DOL on this lately. Once your individual one is filed, BDV will notify you. During this period, please be patience but nevertheless, we will be in touch with you soon.
