Please talk to your Client Services Specialist first and they can help you discuss any plans and questions related to childcare. While we cannot secure childcare for you, we can research and provide you with options.

Based on your location, we may be able to suggest some local schools where you can register your children or daycares you could send them to while you are working.

When you receive work authorization, we will send you a Settlement document based on your worksite. That document will have links to schools and school systems that you can research.

You may also need to arrange after-school care for your children. Our Client Services Department can help you research solutions to fit your family's needs.

Important Note:

Many sponsors cannot or will not grant specific work schedule requests based on your childcare schedule. You will need to be available to work any shift needed by your sponsor. So it is important for you to research and secure your childcare options before starting work.

You will need to make sure you have a "backup plan" in place in case your child is sick or school/daycare are closed due to weather, Covid-19, etc. Please think through and arrange these plans before you start work. We can help you talk through these situations as well.
