BDV Client Services is here to help you navigate your commitment with your EB3 unskilled sponsor and support you throughout your employment period.
We prioritize the interests of both our clients and sponsors, striving to maintain a professional and cooperative relationship between the two parties. While we advocate for you when appropriate and focus on your best interests, it's essential that you remain accountable to your employment commitments.
We will treat you with respect and handle your concerns with confidentiality during this post-hire period, while maintaining respect for your sponsor’s business decisions and internal policies.
What we do:
Our goal is to help you successfully remain in your EB-3 unskilled position for at least the required 12-month commitment to your sponsor, or until you receive your green card approval. We aim to foster a positive and stable relationship between you and your sponsor.
We can act as a liaison between you and your sponsor for significant matters that cannot be resolved through normal workplace communication with your management or HR department.
We can:
Assist you or your sponsor in the case of a USCIS Officer visit.
Provide guidance based on USCIS EB-3 unskilled employment requirements (job duties, hours worked, etc.)
Help answer general questions about wages, work hours, promotions, time worked, retrogression, or working while your case is pending.
Provide guidance when navigating complex workplace situations involving coworkers or management.
Offer support and direction if you experience a workplace injury.
Help connect you with preparation resources for an I-485 (Adjustment of Status) interview.
If you are considering switching sponsors or are experiencing a significant workplace issue, please contact us as soon as possible. The more details you provide, the better we can assess the situation and determine if communication with the sponsor is appropriate to help clarify misunderstandings.
What we do not do:
BDV Client Services is not your employer, a staffing agency, or part of your sponsor’s HR department. We do not control or influence your sponsor’s business operations, policies, or decisions. While we aim to support both sides, we cannot change or reverse decisions made by your employer, even when those decisions may be difficult or not align with your expectations.
We cannot:
Negotiate schedules, shifts, or weekly hours
Ask the sponsor to change or reverse employment decisions (such as denied time off, scheduling changes or terminations)
Address single sick-day absences
Assist with timecard issues or payroll issues
Discuss another client’s case or employment details
Request raises or promotions on your behalf
Guarantee re-hire if you resign or are terminated
Additionally, BDV is not a law firm and cannot provide legal advice. However, when necessary, we can help connect you with an attorney or coordinate with outside counsel to help you obtain proper legal guidance.
How to reach us:
Please contact BDV Client Services through the Chat function. You can use the same conversation you held with the Pre-Hire Specialist, or you can create a new one by selecting that you have already started working and providing details about your question or concern.
