Yes, I-140 premium processing is included in our costs. All BDV Solutions clients' I-140 immigrant petitions are filed with premium processing, ensuring their I-140 is responded to within 15 business days. The I-140 premium process fee is a $2,500 value.

Also included in the BDV Solutions fee is:

  • BDV Solutions Service Fee

  • USCIS Filing Fees (government fees)

  • I-140 / I-485 Legal Fees

  • I-140 Premium Processing Fee ($2,500 value)
