Please review the cost sheet attached here. There are two payment options, you will select the one that is most suitable for you:
Option A is two large payments at once, one in the beginning, and the remaining balance is paid after the Labor Certification is approved, before the I-140 / I-485 are filed.
Option B is a large payment in the beginning, then the monthly payment plan starts immediately the NEXT month after your first payment.
Please know that once you have selected a payment plan, you will not be able to switch to the other payment plan later.
Dependent fees for Adjustment of Status are $1,450 per dependent under 14 years old, and $1,940 per dependent over 14 years old. Those dependent fees will be payable prior to the I-140 filing.
