Option A has a total cost of $20,500, with an initial payment of $6,000 due upon selecting a job and signing the contract with BDV. The remaining balance of $14,500 is paid after the Labor Certification is approved but before filing the I-140 petition.
Option B has a total cost of $24,300. Like Option A, it begins with an initial payment of $6,000 upon selecting a job and signing the contract with BDV. However, with Option B, the remaining balance is paid through a monthly payment plan over two years. The monthly installment is set at $762.50 per month, starting the next month following the first payment.
