Written by Sara Agudelo

Please review the cost sheet attached here. There are two payment options, you will select the one that is most suitable for you:

  • Standard Payment Plan is split up into milestone payments, one in the beginning, another after LC approval and last payment will be made after the I-140 is approved and before DS-260 is filed.

  • Pay As You Go is a first payment in the beginning, then the monthly payment plan starts immediately the NEXT month after your first payment.

Please know that once you have selected a payment plan, you will not be able to switch to the other payment plan later.

FOR PREMIUM PROCESSING:

You can add premium processing for your I-140 petition. This optional service that can significantly reduce USCIS processing time for the I-140.

--Please note that payment must be made within 30 days after you choose to add it and BEFORE the I-140 is filed to ensure timely processing.

Please know that once you have selected a payment plan, you will not be able to switch to the other payment plan later.

Dependent fees for consular processing are $1,190 per dependent. Those dependent fees will be payable prior to the I-140 filing.
