The following are the costs for dependent fees:
Consular Processing Applicants:
Dependent fee: A flat rate of $1,190 per dependent is payable to the attorney.
Adjustment of Status Applicants:
Dependent below 14 years old at the time of the I-140: The cost is $1,225 payable to the attorney.
Dependent over 14 years old at the time of the I-140: The cost is $1,725 payable to the attorney.
