The LC is filed with the Department of Labor and only contains your information. You do not need to provide information about your dependents for the LC.

Once the LC is approved, we will connect you with our partner law firm who will prepare the I-140 immigrant petition for you plus the green card application(s) for you and any eligible dependents (spouse and unmarried children until 21 years of age). At the I-140 and green card application stage, you will be asked to provide details about eligible dependents.
