The LC is filed with the Department of Labor and only contains your information. You will be able to add your spouse as a dependent at a later stage. Once the LC is certified, we will connect you with our partner law firm who will prepare the I-140 immigrant petition for you plus the green card applications for you and your spouse. At the I-140 and green card application stage, you will be asked to provide details about your marriage and spouse.
