The filing date listed in YOW is the date we anticipate that we can start filing LCs for the offering. Sometimes, we may need to adjust the anticipated filing date if there are unexpected delays. For example, delay with recruitment steps or delay with issuance of the Prevailing Wage Determination by the Department of Labor may require adjusting the filing date.
