You should hear from the attorney within 10 business days after your LC is approved, if you are current on payment with BDV. Once you are onboarded with the attorney, they will reach out to you via email. They will provide instructions to create an account in their portal, complete the online questionnaire, and upload required documents. Please be sure to check your junk/spam folder, because some clients have said that the email from your attorney ends up there.
