Once your Labor Certification (LC) is approved, if you are current on payment with BDV, you should hear from the attorney within 10 business days to start work on your I-140 case.

The I-140 requires information and documentation from both you and your employer. Once the I-140 is drafted with all the necessary information/documentation from both you and your employer, the I-140 must be reviewed by the attorney before it is filed with the government.
