Short-term stays can be as short as 30 days. This corporate housing includes fully furnished apartments with all utilities, furniture and houseware items like bedding, bath towels and all kitchen items to make an apartment your temporary home. Here are some key points to consider in using ACRS:

Flexibility: Renting furniture from FSI provides flexibility in terms of types of furnishings and duration of the rental (minimum of 3 months). Houseware items are also available to rent including kitchen items and bedding and bath items.

Cost Efficiency: Purchasing furniture for a short-term stay can be expensive. Renting allows you to have quality furnishings without the long-term financial commitment.

Easy: When your work commitment ends, you don’t have to worry about selling or moving furniture. You simply call FSI and they pick it up.
