Confirm if a reservation has been cancelled

  1. Log in to your booking engine account.

  2. Navigate to the Reservations section.

  3. Click Room Reservation Reports.

  4. If you have the reservation reference number, enter it in the search field and click Search Reservations.

  5. In the search results, locate the reservation and click on the Details link to view more information.

  6. Within the reservation details, look for the Status field. If the reservation has been cancelled, it will be indicated here.​
