Update a password
Go to the SHR BE login page
Click the Reset Your Password link underneath the Login button.
This will bring you to our Password Reset page
To reset your password, you will be required to enter the following three pieces of information:
Username: This is the username you normally login to the SHR BE system with.
Email: This is the email address that you have associated with your user account.
reCAPTCHA: Check the box I'm not a robot. Select each image that contains the object described in the text or in the image at the top of the UI. Then click Verify. To get a new challenge, click the reload icon.
Click the submit button.
If successful, an email will be sent to the email address associated with your account. There will be a password reset link on this email that you will need to click within 24 hours to be able to reset your password. Follow the instructions on that page to change your password to a new one.
Unsuccessful password restIf unsuccessful, you might see one of the following error messages:
The username you entered may have a typing error or additional spaces that shouldn't be there.
The email address you entered may not be entered correctly or may not be the one associated with your user account. Revise before attempting to submit it again.
The security question includes a reCaptcha. This requires that you select certain images which include a particular feature. For example those that show a road sign. The purpose of the reCaptcha is to ensure that a computer user is human to protect the website from bots.
The reCaptcha images you selected does do not match those were instructed to select.
A new reCaptcha has been generated for you to enter. Follow the instruction provided to select the correct collection of images then hit the "submit" button.
