📦 Procurement services
You’re welcome to source your own materials — but just know you’ll be managing things solo.
Lead times can take 6–8 weeks, and without materials on site, your builder can’t confirm a break ground date. Delays could mean extra fees.
You’ll also need to chase missing items, organise replacements, and handle any extras during the build.
Opting into our procurement service is actually cheaper — thanks to our trade discounts, our materials cost an average 15% less than buying retail. Plus, you’ll get full support along the way.
