Once you're happy with your project proposal and are ready to take the next step, we'll organise an in-person site survey at your home. This is an integral step to make sure the design and build of your project goes smoothly.

We'll need approximately one hour per room to complete your site survey and all you need to do is be at home to let our surveyor in.

During your site survey, we'll perform advanced scans and build a detailed digital model of your space constructed through advanced Lidar scanners to help you kick off the design process.

We collect all the necessary measurements and visual documentation to set your design process up for success, including:

  • Access to residence and any logistical elements for contractors to be aware of (Entrance/Service, staging area, infrastructural elements like water shutoffs, electrical panel, exposed piping, adjacent rooms)

  • 3D scan of each room of the project

  • Additional measurements for each room of the project

  • Additional photographs as needed

After your site survey, we'll send a recap email with notes from the visit as well as any scoping updates. Then, we'll use all the information collected to generate a 3D model of your existing room(s) for your designer ahead of your Design kick off call.
