Yes – we can ship your order to a hotel, provided they are willing to accept deliveries on your behalf.

If you’re travelling or sending a gift to someone staying at a hotel, we’re happy to arrange delivery directly to the property. Just make sure to include all relevant details at checkout to avoid delays.


What to Include:

  • The full name of the guest (as registered with the hotel)

  • The hotel name and full address

  • Room number (if known) or a note like "Guest arriving [Date]"

  • Hotel reception or concierge contact number (if available)

We also recommend contacting the hotel in advance to let them know you’re expecting a parcel.
