How can I get an invoice?

You’ll be able to request an invoice directly in your transaction once your payment has been accepted.

  • If your transaction has not been accepted yet: please wait up to 48 hours for your transaction to get accepted or rejected . If your transaction is rejected or you cancel it before hand, the funds are automatically reverted to the payment method used to make the booking request.

  • if your transaction was accepted: select the "manage" menu on the left side bar, then select "Transactions". Click on the transaction for which you want an invoice. On the top right corner, you'll find a "See invoices" button near the "Send message" button. Click on the see invoices button to get access to your transaction invoice.
