It may take 5-10 business days for funds to settle.
If +10 business days has gone, Beefit Support can share a System Trace Audit Number (STAN) which the client can provide the bank. From here the bank can look up the transaction and see current status.
Also, make sure there are sufficient funds in your Beefit workspace account; otherwise, refunds can’t be initiated. For example, if the payout was made on the 3rd of the month and by the 5th there hasn’t been enough revenue, the balance may not be high enough to process a refund.
