You have to contact your Customer success to get a quote for your updated offer.

There are 2 possible cases :

  • In case of an upgrade: your update will be considered immediately and prorated vs what you already used from your previous subscription

  • In case of downgrade: your update will be considered only at the end of your current subscription period.
