How to connect your Amazon mailbox with BeezUP?

Integrate and manage all your Amazon customer messages via the Conversations feature! Centralize your discussions in BeezUP.

Enable your conversation account and get your Amazon mail-box address

  1. Go to Conversation → Conversations accounts

  2. Then, enable your Amazon channel

  3. Copy your BeezUP Amazon-specific email address. You only have one BeezUP Amazon-specific email address per country in Amazon.

Add your BeezUP e-mail address in Amazon notification part

This part will allow you to retrieve all your messages directly in BeezUP.

  1. Go to Return and Claim Notifications

  2. Click on Edit

  3. Add your BeezUP e-mail address to Amazon for Pending Returns, Refund Notifications and Claims Notifications.

  4. Click on Save

  5. Go to Messaging

  6. Click on Edit

  7. Add your BeezUP e-mail address to Amazon for Buyer messages, Confirmation notifications, Delivery failures and Buyer Opt-out.

  8. Click on Save

Add your BeezUP e-mail address in Amazon permissions part

This part will allow you to send messages directly through BeezUP.

  1. Go to Messaging permissions : Go to Messages → Messaging permissions

  2. Check if your BeezUP Amazon-specific e-mail is correctly set up.

  3. If not:

    1. Click on Add an email address

    2. Paste your BeezUP Amazon-specific e-mail address

    3. Click on Save
