The EB-5 Reform and Integrity Act of 2022 was signed into law on March 15, 2022.

The new bill makes several changes, including:

- $800,000 (TEA) / $1,050,000 (non-TEA)

- Program extended through September 30, 2027

- Concurrent filing for US-based EB-5 petitioners

- Grandfathering for new and existing investors

Behring held a webinar on March 14, 2022 @4pm PST to discuss the new law and its impact on existing and new investors. Watch the replay!

If you would like to learn more about the potential changes through EB-5 reform or about Behring's lawsuit, we welcome you to schedule a free EB-5 consultation call with the Behring team.
