Foreign investors and their families may be eligible for the EB-5 visa /green card through a single EB-5 investment once all EB-5 requirements are satisfied and approved by US Citizenship and Immigration Services (USCIS).

The primary applicant may be from any country. There are currently no restrictions on who may apply for and receive the EB-5 visa.

EB-5 investors may include their spouse and all unmarried children under 21 in one EB-5 petition and investment.

To be qualified for an EB-5 visa, the EB-5 investor must:

1. Make a qualified at-risk investment in a new commercial enterprise;

2. That creates at least 10 full-time jobs;

3. Using funds that come from a lawful source; and

4. Be otherwise admissible to the U.S. on a lawful permanent basis.
