Before making a qualified EB-5 investment and subscribing to the private placement, an EB-5 investor show the Regional Center and new commercial enterprise that the primary applicant is an accredited investor.

To show verification, the EB-5 investor can (1) obtain a verification letter from a licensed professional, such as an attorney or accountant, in the U.S. or abroad; or (2) obtain a letter from a verification service such as www.verifyinvestor.com.

These letters are valid for 90 days.

Contact Behring to learn more and to receive a verification letter template for your accountant.
