Sometimes things happen that you don't want to happen and to rent products from Beleco, it is mandatory to have insurance that covers the cost if something breaks or gets damaged. Should you have an accident, your insurance will cover the damage, contact your insurance company if you are unsure.

If an accident should occur, we will always try to clean or repair the product in the first place, but if the damage/stain does not go away, you are obliged to pay the cost of the entire product or for a spare part if possible.

Beleco allows normal wear and tear on the furniture and after each rental period the furniture is checked and cleaned and also repaired if necessary.

Examples of wear that is not normal:

  • A knife or tool has made holes or large marks in the furniture. Remember to take off your work trousers before sitting down :-)

  • When someone has scratched the furniture in a way that cannot be assumed to be normal.

  • When someone has painted or drawn on the furniture.

  • That someone has lit a cigarette or lit a fire with, for example, a lighter.

  • That someone has peeled off fabric or caused fabric or leather to come loose.

  • When someone has spilled, for example, red wine or coffee.

Should an accident occur - contact us and we will help you!

We are available by email at hello @beleco.com and chat if you have any questions.
