Sometimes our height-adjustable tables need to be reset, this is often indicated by the up or down button not working or the table being locked in one position. What you do then is that you first unplug all the cables that are in the electrical outlet and in the table, wait a while, then plug them back in. After that, hold down the up and down buttons at the same time, then the table goes all the way down. Continue holding the buttons at the bottom for about 10 seconds, then the table is reset.
