According to the Work Environment Act, the employer shall always make sure to prevent poor health and accidents in the workplace. This pertains to both the physical and the social work environment.

It says that the employer shall lead the mission towards a better workplace which means that you as an employer should continuously work to find out if any of the employees need any adjustments and thereafter come with a fitting solution.

The worker has a responsibility to follow the regulations and use the safety guards in place, as well as informing the employer of potential risks in the workplace.
