There are two different ways to find colleagues: Search and Find

Search for Colleagues
At the top of every page, you'll see a search box and button. You'll be able to search for members through not just their names, but also their referrals and posts.

Simply type the name of the colleague you're looking for into the search box to see a list of suggested colleagues. Click on the name of the colleague in the list or click the See More Results link to see all colleagues that match your search.

Also, if you type in the first and last name of the member you're searching for, you'll see some of the referrals and posts, they've created. Simply click the See More Results link to view everything this individual has created or participated in.

Find Colleagues

Click the Colleagues link in the top navigation and you will be taken to a page where you'll be set filters to find colleagues based on a variety of filters. These filters allow you to see colleagues that match specific criteria or characteristics. You can filter by licensure state, whether colleagues are accepting new clients, education, location, specializations and treatments practice areas, and more. Once you've filled out the sections you want, please be sure to click the Apply Filters button.

You will then click on the individuals you want to connect with. You'll see basic information about colleagues, such as their profile picture, name, how many mutual connections you share, referral information, activity, experience, services provided, and so much more.

You also have a button to connect. When you click the Connect button, the button changes from purple to gray and also shows Pending. Once your colleague confirms the connection request, the button will change to Connected.
