*Important note- Your username is your email address.

On the belongly sign-in page, a box will appear to put in your email address. https://my.belong.ly/sign-in Click on the continue button.

Another box will appear in which you'll click on the 'Try another method' link.

You'll be taken to a page where other options are available to retrieve your account. Click on 'email code to...' and a 6-digit code will be sent to your email address.

Enter that 6-digit code into the boxes provided, and you will be taken directly into your account.

How to reset your password?

When you're in the account, click on your profile picture in the top right corner of the home page next to the notifications bell and click on the settings icon.

You'll be taken to a page with two options, Account or Security, and click on the security tab.

You'll see a sign-in box where you can change your password and click on the arrow icon.

A password box will appear where you can enter a new password and confirm it again. Please be sure to click the 'change password' button.

Once you do that, you should be all set. If this happens again in the future, follow the same steps stated above.
