If your pharmacist is unsuccessful when submitting your drug claim electronically to Co-operators for the first time, it is usually because they have not used the correct carrier code.  Please inform your pharmacist to use Drug Carrier Code 97.

If the pharmacy is still experiencing issues, ask them to call Cooperators directly at 1-800-667-8164 for immediate service, so that you won't have to pay out of pocket initially, avoiding any further hassles for yourself.
