In the event of the death of a policy holder, the dependent(s) are still covered for health and dental benefits under the existing plan for a period of 2 years from the date of death of the member.  Referred to as Survivor's Benefit.  

This coverage continues once Beneplan has been informed by the Employer of the death of the Employee.
