When your health and dental coverage is under Greenshield, your Greenshield ID card is the only card you need to access all of your benefits.
Your unique GSC ID number ends in -00 and is printed on the front of the card below your name.
If you have any eligible dependents, they are listed on the back of the card and share the same number as you except that their numbers end in their own unique dependent code e.g. -01, -02, etc.
Please double-check the ID card to ensure your accurate information is listed, incorrect information may delay claim reimbursement.
