The Canadian Life & Health Insurance Industry (CLHIA) has mandated that commission disclosure is an important part of transacting group life, accident and sickness plans.

As a third party administrator (TPA), Beneplan is also committed to the open disclosure of all pieces of compensation as it relates to group benefits plans.

Beneplan discloses compensation in a percentage and dollar value in the following areas:

  • Renewal reports

  • Dividend results in our annual reports, posted online

  • Dividend statements sent to each member company

If you have further questions about this area, please contact your benefits advisor.
