Beneplan wishes to do everything possible to support businesses during a crisis, be it economic, public health emergency, or any state of emergency.

Invoices for benefits premiums issued are due upon receipt under normal circumstances. Beneplan will provide a 30 day grace period for premiums when an employer comes forward and expresses a need.

Beneplan is waiving the normal penalties for paying premiums late (as of 45 days, a penalty and late fee applies), but please note that our insurer partners will suspend claims if payment is not received by 60 days from the due date of the invoice.

We encourage everyone to sign up for direct deposit or pre-authorized chequing during this time, as workplaces are closed and cheques will be delayed in processing.

Please contact your benefits rep or advisor if you have other questions. Thank you.
