The most current version of the “Delisted Health Service Provider Listing” is available to plan members on the “What’s New” page under GSC’s Plan Member Online Services (plan members must log in to view list).

The list identifies providers/locations where reimbursement will not be made for claims submitted naming these providers/locations. However, it should be noted, while the list provides our plan members with valuable information, it does not identify all providers/locations where GSC will not consider reimbursement.

In order to ensure a provider is eligible with GSC the list advises plan members to use the “Find a Provider” tool on the Plan Member Online Services (via greenshield.ca), the GSC on the Go app, or by calling the Customer Service Centre.
