Drug cards are a convenient way to claim for prescription drugs and medical services. Most providers will accept a virtual copy of the drug card and retain the information on file. This means plan members with the Co-operators do not have to show a physical card at each visit.

The drug card is conveniently located in the Co-operators Benefits Now® mobile app (iPhone or Android). Plan members can simply open the Benefits Now® mobile app and click on “View my drug card” at the top of the screen. Alternatively, they can also print a paper version of their drug card by logging to their Benefits Now® web portal.

Digital drug cards are now available to new plan members and current plan members making updates to their dependents.

Please note that as of November 15, 2021 new or replacement drug cards will no longer be issued in plastic and will only be accessible digitally. By going digital, we reduce our carbon footprint and plan members get access to their drug cards much sooner as they no longer rely on physical mail.

Adding new plan members to your benefits plan

When you add a new plan member you will receive an email to pass along to them. This email provides their account information, an introduction to Benefits Now® for Plan Members and details on where to access their digital drug card.

Adding/removing dependents

In addition, when a plan member adds or removes a dependent you will receive an email to pass along to them. This email will acknowledge their change and provide information on how to access their updated digital drug card.
